It is difficult to modify our eating habits because we have all, or at least the majority of us, grown up consuming junk food. Your eating habits have evolved over time based on the foods your parents cooked for you as a child and your psychological makeup at the time.
Your eating habits and cravings can help keep past trauma and current anxiety under control. When you start to feel awful, food can help you feel better. The brain and body use eating as a natural defense mechanism to prevent you from going insane.

You can see that it is really challenging to alter our eating patterns. We begin to feel horrible when we do. We begin to experience discomfort, pain, withdrawal symptoms, and perhaps even nausea. Is it surprising that any of us have ever been successful at altering our eating habits?
Everything that has been packaged in my opinion is junk food. There are a few exceptions, so be sure to thoroughly check ingredient labels. Your health is rarely taken into account when food is prepared by producers, even in restaurants. Naturally, they want to make you happy, but they don’t use meals that are ideal for you.

The majority of individuals consume junk food 85% of the time and healthy food 15% of the time. Eat healthy foods 85% of the time and junk food 15% of the time instead of the other way around.
Here are some foods to cut out of your diet if you want to be healthier. Over the following two to three weeks, cut out these foods.

Milk (both non-fat and no-fat varieties) is acid and mucus-forming food. Milk makes your body’s lymph fluid (we’ll talk about lymph later) acidic, which attracts parasites and other diseases. Milk also causes your body to produce mucus. Cancer thrives in an acidic body (instead of cow’s milk, try almond or goat’s milk).
- White bread is an acidic food that might cause mucus to develop. Constipation results from the colon having to work harder to process it.
Sugar the #1 food additive. Sugar is in most of all the products that you buy.

Sodas (normal or diet) contain a whopping 7 teaspoons of artificial or added sugar per can. Over 35 gallons are typically consumed annually. Sugar is a poison to the body and causes various diseases, including osteoarthritis, diabetes, obesity, and tooth decay.
- Sugar also depletes the calcium and magnesium in your bones and teeth, as well as your B vitamins.
- In addition, because most sodas include phosphoric acid, metal from the cans’ aluminum content may leach into the soda. Aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer’s and senility.
- Your body loses calcium in order to counteract the phosphoric acid. (Drinking juices of all kinds is healthy)
There is simply no getting around that. Your body loses health as soon as you drink soda.

Regular salt (NaCl) – consuming too much salt is linked to high blood pressure, edema, and mineral imbalances in your lymph fluid. Since sodium, or Na, which is present in salt, attracts water, your body will hold more water the more sodium you consume. Use low-salt soy sauce and herbs to flavor your food (sea salt has 25% less sodium than table salt).
- The majority of Americans consume too much salt daily—more than 10,000 mg. We simply require 200–300 mg per day, max.
- Kidney issues, cardiovascular disease, stomach cancer, and an increased sensitivity to stress are all related to excessive salt consumption.
- Consume salt-rich veggies to get your daily recommended intake of sodium. Organic salt, which you obtain from vegetables, does not affect your body in the same way as inorganic salt from a shaker. Your body requires a lot of organic salt, or Na. A Na organ is your stomach. It requires organic salt, Na, to prevent an ulcer from forming when the hydrochloric acid in your stomach eats away at its lining.
- Apples, apricots, asparagus, greens, red cabbage, carrots, celery, dulse, egg yolks, figs, fish, raisins, prunes, and lentils are among the foods high in organic sodium.
Try incorporating the following foods into your diet for the next two weeks.

Your body uses choline, which is found in lecithin, which has a 30–40% choline content. You should incorporate it into your diet for this reason.
- One of the key substances in our cell membrane is choline.
- It contributes to the production of the neurotransmitter acytlcholine, which is necessary for thinking and memory, in our brains. Think about lecithin as brain fuel.
- The liver uses it, which aids in preventing a fatty liver. You cannot lose belly fat if you have a fatty liver.
- In order to make fats more easily digestible and to lower cholesterol, it is helpful to break them up into little goblets.
- It aids in preventing cholesterol from adhering to the arterial walls.

Omega 3 vital oil flax seed oil is. This implies that since your body cannot produce it, you must consume it in order to maintain a healthy, pain-free lifestyle.
- it encourages bile production o it aids in liver detoxification. Keep in mind that bile aids in the breakdown of fat so the liver can more effectively digest it.
- encourages fat burning in the body.
- Apples and apple juice are rich in potassium, vitamin A, and other blood-strengthening nutrients. They contain malic and tartaric acids, which support healthy digestion and liver function. Apples keep you regular and provide fiber, both of which aid in weight loss.
- Fiber: Each day, you need 30-35 grams of fiber. Most individuals only consume up to 10-15 grams. One food that shortens your transit time through the colon is fiber. Fiber aids in maintaining a healthy colon, lowering cholesterol, detoxifying the body, and curing constipation.
You now have it. You will see a significant improvement in your health and well-being if you can make these changes in a year.
